It is
known that stress is a normal reaction to almost everything that bothers
everyone in the social world. With stresses, it might leave you with different
kinds of problem. In that case, you might be suffering from constant, long-term
mental stress and anxiety, and it may lead to physical problems such as
headaches, insomnia, loss of appetite, increased blood pressure, nausea, loss
of libido, weakening the immune system and even heart attack. So the stress
will be a great big problem, if you don’t relax yourself.
However,
stress is not such a bad thing, without it we don't fight so hard to achieve
our goal or trying to achieve better results. How we react to a stressful
situation is totally up to us. As long as we could treat it right, the life
could be better. And the best way to deal with the stress is to have a massage
at home to relax.
